Bali Pass trek is one the most challenging treks on offer in Uttarakhand Himalayas. A trail used by pilgrims as a gateway to the sacred Yamountri not so long ago, this trek offers a wide variety of strong reasons to be your ultimate trek destination from beaming wildlife sightings like monals, the Himalayan ibex, might Kalanag (Black Peak) & the endangered brown bear to its ever changing landscapes from pine forests, riverside campsites, majestic waterfalls to the Ruinsara lake & meadows overlooking Swargarohini peak & Bandarpunch ranges.

Historical Significance: Bali Pass was historically used as a trade route between the Tons Valley and the Yamuna Valley, connecting the regions of Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.

Day 1: Pick-up from Dehradun, Arrival in Sankri
Day 2: Sankri to Seema via Taluka
Day 3: Seema to Roiltia/Waterfall Camp
Day 4: Waterfall Camp to Ruinsara Lake
Day 5: Ruinsara Lake to Odari
Day 6: Odari to Upper Dhamni via Bali pass
Day 7: Upper Dhamni to Janki Chatti via Yamunotri

Direct bus or shared taxi to Mori, Sankri or Purola. Step-down at Purola and take a shared taxi for Sankri.

Important note: The frequency of direct public transport from Dehradun to Sankri is very low.
